Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket cancel but refund not received from last 2 months

I have booked the ticket on irctc and cancelled due to waiting list full.
But as per irctc they have refunded the amount but yet not showing in my account.

I am following up with irctc since 2 months but they not giving proper update hence request you to please check into and help me for refund amount.
