Pnr:[protected] Train: 15901 Doj: 30-05-16 Fare: rs. 935, sc: 22.9 + pg chgs Refund amount received: rs. 465/ My ticket cancellation charges is close to 50% deduction. I had wrote an email few times but only get automatic response. The problem wasn't resolved. Irctc contact nos and email is a fraud, no response or defunct. After so many days still the site was non-responsive. I am not satisfied with their automatic computer generated message. Give me an explanation for the thieving charges.
