Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Ticket cancellation refund initiated from irctc successfully but not received in my pnb bank account

I had cancelled train ticket a few days back and actual refund processing date was 20 april 2022. but still i havent recieved the refund of rs 460.
i contacted irctc and they said to contact bank. then i contacted bank and they told me to contact irctc. but still i havent recieved my money.
i am attaching the details of refund.
plz look into the matter
