Pnr - [protected] Phone no-[protected] Transaction id -[protected] Refund not received even after doing all the procedure told by irctc customer help line (Mailing with passbook pdf) and its been15 days since complain and now irctc customer executive saying they can't do anything regarding this and they are saying to file *tdr* which is not possible in my case, refund amount is 3270 rupees.
