I have cancelled two tickets on 28th April 2018, the tickets has been cancelled but money has not yet been refunded. The PNR no. is -[protected]. The ticket was booked between Howrah to Chennai. The transaction id is:[protected]. The train no is 12839 ( HWH MAS MAIL ). It has been more than 9 days still money has not been refunded.
