[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket cancelled but refund not credited to my bank account

I booked a train ticket via irctc app and the train got cancelled on the journey date. Though the refund process was initiated by the irctc but even after more than 15 days iater since the date of journey, my refund has not been credited to my bank account.
My ticket details are following...
