Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket id:-6646873 amount deducted from account but food not ordered

I am aaishwarya bajaj i have ordered food on 19/03/2019 for pnr no. [protected] of 112 rs the amount was deducted from my account but still the refund was not credited. It was showing that the refund will be credited within 15 days but still the amount is not credited.
I had mailed them many time every time they give me new ticket no.
Please refund as soon as possible.
