Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Ticket not booked but amount deducted twice

I have booked a tkt on 24/12/14, but as i check today they were not shown in booked history. So I chk my bnk a/c, here amount were deducted twice. How this happened I do not understand. How i got refund for the tkts not booked but amount deducted from my account? I am enclosing herewith bank details snapshot. Total amount deducted was 1527.42 You are requested to do needful in the matter .
