Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket not booked but money deducted | |||||
I have booked a ricket from my college to home on 13 jan2018 but the matter was that the ticket was not booked and the money has been deducted from account and then again o i had booked one more that has been booked but that was not confirmed ticket that was in waiting and chart prepared so as per irctc rule i must get both money refunded but i did not get any.
