Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket not booked but payment deduct from account

I had booked ticket on january 19 and payment deducted from my pnbaccount using your payment gateway.. Ticket not booked and payment also deducted. So in that case i need refund my payment. My transaction id is [protected]. Kindly resolve my payment issue. I had added screenshot of transaction id. Kindly contact me. Irctc helpline suggested me to contact gateway bank. So kindly resolve my issue and refund me as soon as possible...

Sir it is more than 4 station passed away but there is no one who will check our ticket.Person who is having waiting or RAC ticket are facing problem.please concern the same as early as possible.
