DERA SIR WITH DUE RESPECT today[protected] i reserved tickets from your website irctc The tickets was from Delhi to yeshvantpur Bangalore When i submit all the process of the money payment from my debit card they cut the money from my account but they did not confirm my tickets The amount is 3214.00 rupees only that they cut from my account So please sir its my request to you please look after it and refund my payment as soon as possible One think i also want to tell u that customer care service of your website irctc is very bad I call to the customer care but the lady did not give me a good solution and she shout to me in phone and i don't thing this is a way to treat the consumer Was this information helpful? | |||||
