Dear sir I cancelled my rail ticket no, on date 03 march 2017. Ticket no was [protected] & complaint no 5388995: the amount is rs. 7120/-. I complaint in irctc for refund but they are saying that they refunded amount 7120/- on 19 march 2017 arn: 300001070637058170394538 and order no. [protected] but not come in my account.
