Dear sir, my self hissabuddin.my cont no is [protected].i had booked tatkal tickets from irctc in gorakhdham exp form gorakhpur junction to new delhi on 20feb 2016 and the date of journey 21feb 2016.my pnr no-[protected] and [protected]. i called 139 for check the status of the train and they told me this train has cancelled.and i got the massage from irctc of cancelled the train on 21feb 2016.but 22feb 2016 morning i again got the massage from irctc that my seats has confirmed.on that time i called 139 and talk with costumer care and they told me not an issue your train has cancelled and your refund will be back on your account within 6 to 7 working days.i again call the irctc on 28feb 2016 and they told me that you are not liable for the refund because according to our record this train had departed on 21feb 2016 from gorakhpur to new delhi.and they told me that if you have proof of cancelled the train than you can send us mail with the proof of this mail id [protected]@irctc.co.in.becouse i have all the conversation recording proof and massage.so i sent the mail of this mail id.but irctc are not refunding my amount its around 4000 Rs.and i have all proof of train cancelled.please take the positive action of this complain.
