P1-B3, 15. The toilet was not cleaned with disinfectant and there is no water in the toilet to flush.

I am routine traveller from chennai to ariyalur every weekend. The toilets in the ac coaches is not cleaned.
. Due to this untidy toilet, I am infected fever cold. Pls take action.
