Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Train being delayed by 3 hours

Hi Team,

I 'am logging a complain against Train number 14318 (Dehradhun-Indore express), this train came late at Nizhamuddin station by 3 hrs at 4:05 PM due to which I missed my flight which was scheduled at 4:20 PM for departure on 1st April. I had to compensate 3.9K more for rescheduling my flight thereby losing 8K in total for my flight fares.

Please help me in this issue.
