I have booked Train Ticket from Vishnupuram to Chennai Central on[protected] with PNR No. [protected]. I have filed TDR on the date of journey i.e.,[protected]. Till then it is showing as "Under Process" but till now there is no communication from IRCTC regarding refund. I have also enquired consumer care no.s of IRCTC and the response was Nil.
