I have booked eticket (Pnr: [protected]) on 12th april 2019 and cancelled the same on 16th april 2019. As per the below attached, is shows the amount is refunded. But, i checked my credit card statement and found that the amount is not yet credited.
I have provided all the ticket booking, cancellation, credit card statement also but no action taken since april'2019. Was this information helpful? |
