Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Transaction failed but account has debited

I have booked 2 tickets for onward and return journey but had to cancel the ticket booked for onward journey. And when I tried to book another one through net banking the transaction had shown payment successful but suddenly a page appeared showing no transactions found. This has happened two times and the third time when I made it though debit card it worked and tickets were booked. But my account has been debited 5 times and I had a loss of about Rs7000+ excluding cancellation amount. When I mailed them regarding this they are saying they haven't received any payment authorization message from my banker.
