I have booked a train ticket on 04/0602019 of Poorva express from Howrah to New Delhi journey date i.e. on 26/06/2019 the amount has been debited from my account but after few minutes the payment has been failed but till today I did not get the money credited into my account kindly look into the matters and do needful UPI reference no.[protected]

Booked food through Irctc food on track Irctc e catering on 08jun19, food Tobe delivered at rajahmundry stn but didn't deliver and money also not yet refunded.plz do needful, screenshot of order delivered
