Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Transaction id: [protected] - amount deducted from bank but seat not booked

This is to highlight that on 4th june 2017 at 19:40 i was booking tickets from haridwar to new delhi but the tickets were not booked but amount was deducted from my bank account.

Rs.1231.50 has been debited from my bank by irctc for this transaction bit ticket was not booked.

My money has been debited incorrectly and without a fault of my mine.

Is this how booking ticket from irctc mean from where unnecessarily my money has been debited

Please look into the matter asap
