This is with regards to Ticket Id:[protected]. I requested a change of my registered mobile number and payment has gone through successfully. However, IRCTC site is only not providing option to book tickets despite screen showing message that email and mobile have been successfully verified. Further under account profile it only give option to log-out.
I dropped a mail on customer care id but of no help, its more than 10 days and all I been requested is to provide screenshots, user details and mail from registered, which has already been shared multiple times. Mail was also sent from same google account (.googlemail instead of .gmail), latter has also been rectified but no help.
Its really frustrating that is someone really bother to look in what information has been shared with genuine intent to resolve issue. Was this information helpful? |
