Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Unable to cancel my e-ticket

I am unable to cancel my e-ticket booked through my own irctc login(login id: ranagh) When i tried to cancel the ticket through my login, a pop up message arrived saying"cancellation not allowed". Could you please cancel the ticket as fast as possible, because the DOJ is 25/01/16. The ticket details are as follows:

Train No: 17017,
DOJ: 25/01/2016
KYN(kalyan) to SC(Secunderabad)
