Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Unable to update my mobile number on the portal | |||||
I have discontinued using my older number and am trying to update my new number. However, every time I try to do this, it gives an error (Screenshot below). All my e-wallet money is on hold since I cannot receive the OTP on my current number. User ID - shwetabh86 Older number - [protected] New number - [protected] I have tried contacting irctc over email at least 4 times in last one month but no response. I have tried contacting irctc over phone on all three customer care numbers but no one answers/says all executives are busy, call later. Was this information helpful? | |||||
