IRCTC robbing general public's hard earned money..inspite of checking the option book only if confirm berths are available they provide heavy wait listed tkt and by cancelling that tkt we tend to lose approx the rs100 every time...what is this non sense why are they taking our koney they don't have any right to do that Manya times they even fail to refund failed transaction, cancelled tkt and tdr tkt Please look into d matter by doing this they are taking alot of money from people unduly Plwase take strict action
