Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Unlock my account | |||||
I have been sending email and trying to contact customer care of IRCTC for more than 2 months now. Everytime i send an email i get a new reference no. My account got locked and when i tried to get it unlocked i got to know that the email id i had given during registration was my company id. I have left the company 10 years back and no longer have that id active. I requested the customer care executive to change my email id for which they asked for proof of my ID. I have shared the same via email. My account is still not unlocked. I even tried to create a new account but since my phone no is already registered am not able to do so.
