During online booking of tickets on the app irctc, there are purposely technical errors called for from the other side that is the operator, and the money gets deducted but no ticket is booked. Also, it will not show in failed transactions. Later on, neither are any refunds givens. Normal ticket cancellations don't get even 3/4th of refunds, how possibly can u think the operator or the middlemen sitting in government job office is not eating money by violation of consumer rights and security.
