Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Waiting List train ticket refund not yet received

Respected Sir,
I booked 4 train tickets from H Nizamuddin (NZM) to Secunderabad on 26/06/2022. But the tickets I received was on waiting list. The train ticket was not confirmed hence it got cancelled. But the amount that was charged for the ticket was not refunded to the bank and has not yet received till date.
I humbly request you to consider this and refund the amount that is due to us. The PNR detail and the amount yet to be received is mentioned below.
