Sir, I have booked a window ticket [pnr no.[protected]] from ahmedabad to nagpur for date 7/5/18 [train no. 12833]which was a waiting ticket. This train runs at 00.15 a. M. And chart was prepared at 8.00 p. M. After seeing that ticket has not being confirmed we didnt board the train as ticket was waiting. On next morning when i went for cancellation and refund the counter person refused to cancel. Reservation counter closes at 8.00 p. M. And so it was possible to cancel the ticket next morniing only.
