Payment of rs. 791 has been deducted on POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn#[protected], but unfortunately the transaction in process stopped in between annd failed. Payment deducted from debit card.Pls refund my payment to the account. I tried to book tickets for toy train from kalka to simla but in vain but payment of rs 791deducted .so pls refund the same.

[protected] and [protected] . these are my refund ID's of my train tickets and it shows that refunded to bank and bank name is PATYMAG. May I know when I will get this money in my bank account. There is no refund date mentioned.

I have booked ticket from Muzaffarpur to Guwahati by IRCTC..Transaction Id [protected] Amount Rs. 860/- Transaction date 24 March 2017.But ticket is not booked.

Pls refund Money in my Bank Account at earliest
