I purchase a ticket from Raxaul Station on 11/2/2017 (8.39 am) from Amritsar Jn to Jammu Tawi for 03 person 1. Sanjay Kr. Dey- M- 40, 2. Suparna Dey-F-29 & 3. Sayan Dey-M-9 vide PNR No-[protected], Journey dt.05-06-17, Train No-18101 (Tata Jammu Tawi exp.), but when I got the ticket and found all 03 person is M-45. Can I got the clarification for the same. On 5th april 2017 during booking my reservation, money has been debited from my account but they said ticket cannot be processed due to certain reasons. Kindly refund my money.
