Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — wrongful deduction of amount from account | |||||
I had tried booking tickets was wasnt successful due to some error. But the ticket amount was deducted from my account twice after 8 hours o[censored]nsuccessful booking.. The amount of deduction is rs 3180. Need a refund. Have also mailed to [protected]@irctc, but no reply yet. Need a quick redressal. No ticket booked yet payment deducted twice.
