I had booked a ticket through my irctc account from kanpur to delhi from shram shakti train no. 12451, on 4.6.2018 vide pnr no. [protected], d. O. J. 05.06.2018. I was alloted a-1, berth 8, in iiac. However i notice that the charges for ticket rs. 2015/- have been wrongly debited twice from my account. I have been patiently waiting since then for credit of wrongful deduction for rs. 2015/- by irctc, in my pnb a/c. Kindly look into the matter urgently and credit rs. 2015/- [two thousand fifteen only] wrongly deducted, into my account without further delay. I have booked the tickets online but the transaction was failed due to some reason for four times, money is deducted from my account. Now it has been 4 days passed i didn't receive any of the refund for the failed transaction.
Hey I'm in train number 12558 sapt karanti express, and here price of catering is very high compared to it's actually price and I asked for water bottle ( neer water) it's actual price is 15 and he is charging 20 rup so it's costly for middle class I'm expecting that you will do something thank you
