Indian Railways And IRCTC — Indian Railways and IRCTC Booking Issues

Yes, I have experienced so much within 2 days. It's all something like cheating with common man. It's all not about IRCTC but all INDIAN Railway. On 4th oct 2014 i tried tatkal booking on sharp 10 am but site gets hang and it's session out on Payment Gateway (My Booking Transaction ID was [protected] ). When I tried again it was not responding (on 5MBPS Speed) and auto redirect to http://www.park.irctc.co.in and there was also redirect timer which takes so much time. it happened again and again. After continuously working, It was again open after 17 mins but that time Jodhpur to Delhi tatkal seats was full and there was huge waiting. On 5th oct i was disappointed by IRCTC site response so i went to "Mahamandir Railway Station - Jodhpur" for tatkal booking from Jodhpur to Haridwar at 8AM. There was 6 persons already in queue for tatkal Reservation which was schedule to open at Sharp 10AM. There was none of them(6 Persons) for same Train(Jodhpur to Haridwar - 24888). After Sharp 10AM Every Persons approximately takes 1mins on Tatkal Booking Window and window operator were also works so fast but Still when my tern come at 10:07AM All seats were booked and there was 8 waiting no. In my Opinion there is only 8 Railway stations and might be only 8 Tatkal window counters at Jodhpur. So, It can happens only by agents and officers collusion. When i was giving feedback, Form was also not submitted. It was submitted some days back but on 5th Oct it shows error -"Please rate all the services listed on the feedback form." (I checked 3 times that i rate all the services. ) Another One thing i want to add that when you give feedback on IRCTC site they cannot revert back. I know very well they have Huge feedback database and they can't be able to revert all feedback but I think they cannot work on Feedback too. Me and my friends give suggestions but still they do nothing on small issues also like:- Why IRCTC takes Below 5 years old's children details When it not shows in your ticket. Why IRCTC takes Co-passenger's ID Proof at Tatkal in One Ticket Where on Booking window Railway Station Counter takes only one ID Proof Photocopy on the four Pessengers in one Ticket (they also not check original ID.)
