Non receipt of refund of tickets booked through through atm/ debit card against pnr no [protected], pnr no [protected], pnr no [protected] and pnr no [protected] cancelled on 09 jan 2017.
The complaint was lodged twice vide complaint w/cr/pune/[protected] and w/cr/pune/[protected]. Both the complaint was closed by ccm mumbai with ref that the tkt were passed and fwd to account section. But the fact remain that i am still waiting for the money / refund.
Please refund me the amount at the earliest as four and half months has already passed.

Non receipt of refund of ticket cancellation refund
Sir,
This is brought to your kind notice that I booked a ticket for two adults in train no. 12042, Satabdi Express from Malda town to Howrah Jn. on 29.06.2017 by paying the amount through my debit card at Barrackpore Railway Reservation counter and subsequently on 01.07.2017 I cancelled the above ticket vide cancellation ticket No. KKK F[protected] and PNR No.[protected]. I was given to understand at the reservation counter that the refund for cancellation of Rs.1770/- will not be paid over the counter but the amount will be credited to my account from which debit card was used as a payment mode within couple of days. Surprisingly the payment has not been so far made for the reason best known to you.

It will not be out place to mention that the Govt has been encouraging on digital payment but in this case what I find that one has to wait for such refund inordinately. Then why we should opt for digital mode instead of for cash payment which I would have got the refund instantly at the counter itself.

    Hi i belong to a town Jeypore 764001 from district of koraput odisha. Nearest railway station is Umri where because of lack of negligence or monopoly of staff members we are not able to book goods since last 1 month. Strict action needs to be taken as this is one of the oldest station of odisha state. We have lot of problems regrading this and no one is looking after this.

      At Malda Station (MLDT) Shulabh Sauchalaya kendra, a board is showing urinating charge is nil, i.e. free of cost. But in reality the person sitting there is charging rs. 3.0 per head. Upon asking, the person started misbehaving. My question is who is getting the money. Who is the personnel from railway's end to look after the matter? And finally how to get rid of this kind of extortion inside railway premise?

      Malda station pay and use toiled besides ticket counter within railway compound- they over charge t klhe fare for use. The board displayed Rs- 5 for toilet and 5 for bath but they forcefully charged RS 8.it is looting the people like us by over charging the regulated fee . It is morning at 5:45 on 05/9/17 . Please any one look into this and hielight the matter against corruption.

        We had a travel plan from Secunderabad to Sattanealli on Visakha express for an important work.
        Visakha express starting time 16.50 at Secunderabad station.

        As per SCR Hylites app MMTS train schedule we went to Hitech city MMTS station by 15.30 to catch the MMTS train to reach the secunderabad station before 16.50.
        We collect the ticket they said train will arrive by 16.00, but right time shows on time table board even before.
        but still we expect if it comes 10 min late also not we can reach the station.. and they did not announce any thing about delays.
        MMTS train arrived on 16.30 and reached the secunderabad station by 17.00.
        Our main train Visakha express left by that time.
        we are so upset and our tickets money is wasted.

        there is no announcement on the train delays at Hitech city MMTS station.
        MMTS trains are not at all running on the scheduled times hence many passangers are missing their main linked trains at Secunderabad and Kacheguda stations..

        People are strugging like anything with these train delays...
        if they are not able to run the trains on time what is the point to maintain the train schedules with big time tables...

          I was travelling from pune to coimbatore on 19 may by kurla express train no.11013. My seat no. Was 32, 62, 64 in coach no. S 11. When i got up at erode i saw that my bag was not there. All the co passengers had got down in erode and i think they have taken my bag. They were a group of 5 who got in the train at guntalkal and got down at erode. May be if we can find there no. We can trace my bag. If any ine can just find a black duffle bag please inform at this no.[protected] or [protected].

          The train 12609 is delayed today by 1h 40minutes for reason not known. It's high time that if not the delay, such harassment to travellers can be avoided by sending an SMS to them about the delay, so that they can.manage their arrival time at station accordingly.

            I am a lady continuing a journey on 21-may-2017 pnr no. Is [protected] from rnq to ludhiana (Punjab) on tata muri exp. Train no. 18101. I had a 2ac ticket, but was allotted a berth in 3ac coach. I am traveling with my father who is physically handicap and mother. As we boarded from rnq station firstly the tte name not known (Not wearing his name badge) takes 1 hr to tell us exactly which berth we r allotted as it was very difficult for me as i am a lady to settle down with my handicap father and mother. As he tell us the berth he run away and as we reach to the allotted seat there is already people have occupied the seat and they take almost 1hr to understand that the seat in which they are sleeping is allotted to us and according to them the tte before reaching to rnq station allotted to them with slip. Which is very terrific situation, as i told him please cut a slip to fare difference so that i could file a tdr he refuses to cut and told me to contact other tte who will board. As i am a educated lady i told him that i know that as i boarded the boarding station the present tte will cut a slip for the fare difference to apply for the tdr. As the time is running the time was 4am of 22.05.17 we adjusted to the specified/allotted berth/seat. Then to unauthorized person have kept there luggage under out seat which was again a huddle to travel with handicapped passenger and mother till upto ludhiana. As train reaches allahabad station again new face tte boarded up and again i had a conversation with him. That tte misbehave with me and refuses to provide me the slip as he told it was the duty of tte who is present when u were boarded. I am on a continuing journey right now and there is no any rpf who could help me up.

            I would request to indian railways to clarify that whether r. P. F. Appointed to protect railway property and rail passengers or to just listen only what duty officer/t. T. E. Informed them as what he thought.

            There were so many passengers were travelling wait listed in the compartment with the adjustment under the watch by t. T. E. Was it any different rule decided by the railway authority and used by t. T. E. During train journey?

            Kindly explain the things mentioned above to satisfaction and if you cannot reply please give me the address of particular department or any officer who will take an action against t. T. E. Under intimation to me.

            Please do the needful and oblige.

                I had booked tickets on 21/05/2017 for my relatives they are lady senior citizens. The ticket was booked for train number 12864 from Yeshwantapur to Vijayawada. The ticket got confirmed and allotted lower berths for both of them. The bad experience is that unreserved people rushed to coach and pushed our old people and the fell down. That is one part, after getting into train there were many people without tickets and occupied our seats and when we demand them to get down they did not respond and they did not vacate. So the full coach was filled with unreserved people. Pathetic, ticket collector also could not make them vacate. Finally our old age people have to sit on the floor whole night event though they have reserved seats. I am complaining this with controlled tongue what is the guarantee Indian railways giving for reserved people. Allowing unreserved beasts sitting in reserved coaches and making old people life miserable. I am sure Indian railways is weak in controlling north Indian beasts. I am not expecting anything from Indian railways but please give right to reserved people to sit in their allotted seats and enjoy their comfort.

                  I am a daily passenger of the train. Due to some bed elements every passenger suffers a lot of problems. They don't carry the ticket of pass. They have a lot of goods. They sit on the doors, so evey one having the problems in comming & going. They are spacilly sit in the ladies compartments floor. This is the story of every passenger train. I am uploding the photo.                     1: there is no availability of tickets
                    2: if you get some how in trains called "suvidha express" then you have to pay thrice the cost of normal ticket
                    3: and then the facility you get is zero old boggeis with no working switch. No charging slot. No proper lighting. Fans are also not in working condition.
                    4: and the toilets are in the most worst condition i have ever seen.

                    I appeal the incharge of irctc to please have a look on these problems

                    And atleast provide new coaches to the train instead of the old coaches. After all we people of india are paying so much for one seat. So we can expect something​ in exchange too.

I standard in q up to 11:00 am but station master not taking my reservation slip. He is booking tickets on phone call. So time is 11:12 am i not got my tatkal ticket.6 hours wait of time. So what is solution for kind of action.

                        There are only two reserved comparent in Balurghat Kolkata Express, Train No 13162 which is starts from Balurghat. But when the train reaches to Malda Town station, all of a sudden a large number o[censored]nauthorized pessenhers enters in to D1 and D2 comparent (this 2 are the only reserved compartment) by fourcefully shifting the pessengers. This is become regular picture. Ticket cheakers and police keep silent and inactive. We the authorized passengers are suffering a lot. Please do something for us. This is our kind request

                          Respected sir,

                          Since you have proved yourself as a most efficient railway minister in the ministry of railways, govt. Of india, i respectfully wish to bring to your kind notice the incident happened with me while travelling with my age old parents of age 75 years approximately and my two little children from ltt mumbai to belgawi on monday 15/05/2017 by train no. 17318 / ltt hubli express in the reserved coach of second sleeper class with seat / bearth numbers 57 to 60 in s1 coach and seat no. 42 in s3 coach in tatkal reservation.

                          Sir, i was travelling by ltt hubli express train which departed from lokmanya tilak terminus railway station at mumbai on 15/05/2017 at 6.45pm. The train reached belgavi railway station on following day on 16/05/2017 at 07.45am. As the train approached belgawi railway station, few minutes before arrival at the belgawi railway station my father who is a senior citizen of 75 years old, took our baggage near the door / toilet of the train bogie to facilitate smooth dis-embarkation of all o[censored]s on arrival at belgawi railway station. While my father was keeping our baggage near the door, four young boys possibly a/c attendents of a/c coach, and railway employees in railway uniform (Two boys in blue colour railway uniform and other two boys in brown colour railway uniform) approached my father and they lifted the one big suitcase kept on the floor by my father and they kept it on the top of other luggage and four of them camouflaged all the luggage bags to distract attention of my father. My father did not suspect any miscreant act by four of them at that particular moment. But we found them laughing and looking at us in suspectable gesture after getting off at the belgavi railway station.

                          Sir, on arrival at belgawi railway station we immediately went to our house. On reaching our house when we opened our baggage, we found that, my mother’s six gold bangles and cash worth rs.15500/- (Rupees fifteen thousand five hundred) was missing from one of the bags. We strongly suspect that, the four boys who were in railway uniform and looking as air condition attendents present in the bogie and when they camouflage the bag to distract my father’s attention; have played a mischief and removed the gold bangles and cash from the bag with the intention of robbery and stolen the gold bangles costing approximately rupees two lakhs fifty thousand and cash worth rs.15500/- from the bag. The gold bangles were weighing approximately eighty grammes costing rupees two lakhs fifty thousand approximately. The total approximate cost of the goods we lost is about rupees two lakhs sixtyfive thousand five hundred of gold bangles and cash.

                          Sir, i therefore humbly request you to look into the matter, investigate the robbery incident happened in the train, inform railway police to search and find out the miscreants/thieves/robbers who in my opinion are railway employees (Air condition attendents) who were on duty in railway uniform on that particular train and in our coach number s1 of ltt hubli express train on 15/05/2017, travelling from ltt mumbai to belgavi. I also humbly request you to arrange to catch the thieves as early as possible and recover the goods stolen by the thieves and return it to me at the earliest. I have immediately lodged a complaint with belgavi railway police station on 17/05/2017 and also fir (First information report) with railway police at belgavi railway station on 20/05/2017 as directed by the police inspector of belgavi railway station. The copy of fir is enclosed herewith for your kind information and record please.

                          Sir, i am sure you will do the needful to catch the robbers with the help of railway police and arrange to return my stolen goods and i look forward to hear from you in this robbery case as early as possible.

                            I went to hapur station and asking a water bottle. The vendor gave it to me and asking for 20/- rs. While the print rate on bottle was 15/- rs. I asked him "its not fare to take extra rupees rather than print rate. Then he replied that either you take the bottle or not, we will selling the bottle with a price of 20/- rs." i refused to take that bottle and bought the water bottle from another vendor at the print rate. The vendor shop is at platform number 2 near the underpass and footover bridge with a banner naming "amul". Kindly asking you take strict action against such vendors so that the passengers will not have such problems.

                                  The worst condition is that traveling in bbsr-ndls rajdhani express is as bad as travelling in bullcuk cart. No ac, no water, no proper food. Is it the running status of one of india's prestigious train? Do hell with these train.. Better go in passenger trains as at least they provide better service than rajdhani. So mr. Suresh prabhu before running trains like tejas, etc first look at the present running status of indian trains. Resolve the situation of current first then introduce the new so called trains.

                                    I jitender choudhary had book a ticket from sarai rohilla to gwalior in patalkot exp train no 14624 for 08 jan 2017. But due to mostily trains are late or heavy cancellation of train i had book another ticket on[protected] from nizamuudin to gwalior in mangla express through current booking and file tdr for of my previous booking because at that time when i had booked new ticket chart has been prepared and my request for cancellation was not considered, i checked my refund status but after 4 months it's shows that refund status is repudiated because no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled, i never know the abbreviation you used, while i had not travelled that train even i had travelled on that date in mangla express ticket attached, how can possible that i had been traveling twice in same route in same day on the difference of only four hours, if any doubt you can call me on my mobile number [protected]

                                    We have cancelled a ticket from Madurai to chennai in pandian express (12638)booked for 19th may 2017 bearing pnr no [protected] cancelled on the 2nd may 2017.refund for the same has not been received as yet. Please check and do the needful.

                                      Dear sir, i had booked 4- ticket (To & from) during demonetisation -
                                      Pnr#[protected] ltt to jnh 03/03/17
                                      [protected] jnh to ltt 08/0317
                                      But out of 4 1 ticketed was cancelled & as per railway directtion, i submitted all the relevant documents to ghatkopar rails station & i had received tdr-564830 & 564831, which i was asked to submit - cheif commercial manager central railway-mumbai cstm.
                                      Both the tdr was submitted to chief commercial manger on 22nd feb2017.
                                      I was told the amount will be credited to my bank account. But so far not amount received in my account.
                                      I wrote many time s & sent several mails but uptill no responce received.
