I am traveling by 1st ac from coimbatore to bengaluru and my coach is filthy, smelly, dirty curtains, uncleaned floor, extremely filthy pillows, pillow covers, blankets and bed sheets. Does not feel like first ac by any standard. I know i am paying very little but can't you increase the cleanliness and charge more. Train staff in hygene. Even this form is so unclear on what you require as company name - is it my company or the one i am complaining about? Then the remaining details on category too are unclear.
