Sir,
I amod jha poor fish farmer assam guwahati, since 12yers.
Sir i am book fish seed dated 15/6/18 train no.5574 ghy to ngp my bill no 095484 on 2.20pm.
My product arrived 12.30pm.16/6/18. So that train late and railway staff negligence my products not timely arrived ngp. And products damaged.
Sir so that i am claim railway department and give my claim amount as per railway rule.

It is inform your that i amid jha 10 cartun live fish seed guwahati to new jalpaigure booked dated 15/6/18 and 2.10. Pm out of train guwahat but in your office negligence my product not received ngp timely.
So that give me my product amount investment arley.

I am poor fish farmer guwahati (Assam) sir i am book fish seed guwahati to new jalpaygure 10 cartoon dated 15/6/18 train no5574 my bill no.095484 train dep. 2:20pm ghy but my book items live so that train arrived ngp 12:30pm 16/6/18 so that my items wasted for due to train late and railway staff negligence

This is second time Champlain I am against Indian railway .
Know I am booked live fish seed GHY to NGp on dated 15/6/18 train departure 2.20pm GHy and arrived second day 12:30pm 16/6/18 but total actual timing GHY to NGP only 6to 8 hours .
But take train time abov 20 hours than my live product damaged due to railway negligence.
So that please justice me immediately.
