Hi sir,
I have claimed tdr for ac failure in october 18th and sent the original gc to "group general manager (It)," address and it delivered also as per courier status, attached below the screen shot.
I have sent so many mails and also called so many times since october but till now i get only rejection. If railway can not process the tdr money then, do not make fool o[censored]s. I have still some faith so last time sending this mail.
So please do not play with us and please tell me the proper reason why it is rejected again.
