Port message is not sending fr my idea...

I had done my two paymet throgh paytm digital credit card on 28 july 12:45 & 01:22.
I had paid 310 rupees two times for online admission & my admmission has stoped due to payment not recived. But payment has not recieved by merchant so i have many problem creats if the online payment has problem in sabpaisa then it is not possible for digital india. Please request to help me immidently.
This is very importan resolution to online...

For europe tour first i contact cox & king for schengen visa. Cox & king collected all my documents along with my 4 nos. Passport for processing the visa. They couriered my all documents along with 4 nos. Passport to mumbai through dtdc. On 26th april 2018, one employee of cox & king mr. Sarang told me that your interview date for visa is on 28th april at mumbai, but your documents along with passport is not traceable.

The guy has satisfied me that i will be getting a free gift as per his offer of tv, mobile phone, ac, laptop etc, i had made clear that if it comes to fraud than i will sue them while reporting to all media centers....
