Indiapost — Delivered damaged package and product

I despatched two shipments, each containing two fabric materials, to west bengal and bihar on july 13, 2023,  using speed post, and they arrived at their destinations in west bengal after 12 days. One fabric material was missing from the package that was delivered to the recipient, and another was damaged. He received the package only for the purpose of providing me with proof, called me right away to further discuss the situation, and also sent me a video and photographs of the delivery. Just disgusting. India post must be ashamed of it. How could a government organization be so irresponsible and careless? Private courier services are significantly more effective and efficient than this worthless and time consuming "speed post."
This is what has happened since i chose this only for security reasons. Can anyone rely on this service to send anything important? I have proof of both what i sent and what the recipient received. I've included the images of the items i sent in the package, as well as the conditions in which they were received. Please assist me with this problem and take steps to stop such reckless and careless behaviour so that people can trust any government organisation moving forward. Even the staff exhibits such poor behaviour when customers visit.
