[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — Returned a product received by the company but no refunds till now. | |||||
Recently i have placed one dress material of rs. 1849.00 dated april 2, 2016. Then i placed before the company to return the same because it was not of good quality. (Order number[protected]. Product was delivered to me on april 17, 2016. Place for return on 20th of april. According to requirement i have uploaded the courier receipt and other details. Till now no refunds or no communication about refunds from company side. I was trying to call the number given in website but they don't pick my calls (+91 [protected]). Regularly i am sending several mails to their customer id but, they are playing games with it. Sending again and again the same mail to me that upload the receipt.(Which i have already done). Right now I have received a call from so called customer care executive named Mr. Deepak (Mob No.91-[protected]) who was asking me for my card details to refund my money. And to return this complain. How could I give my card details to one unknown person in phone call? I told him to refund it to my bank account but he denied. This would be risky to give card details to someone unknown. Please suggest.

It is high time now, you must refund the money as soon as possible.
Please refund it back to my bank account. Providing you card details would not be an appropriate way for refund. So confirm me to provide you bank details.

I had a problem with the quality of the product. I returned the item. 2 days over no refund happened.
Delivered products below standards. Now not returning the money
Please see my attachment below. Its the snapshot taken. A mail has come some days before that indiarush has returned my money as credits in my account so that I can buy by using that. Till now I have not placed any order. I have checked 30 mins before credit was there and now its showing credits have been used by me. Indiarush is making such blunder to their customer. I hope for some help from this forum. Kindly help regarding this.

No it has not been resolved yet. Please check and then confirm me. There is only Rs. 46 as credits in the account.

I am writing this to Indian consumer complaints forum to please take some necessary action against this fake company ( indiarush.com) or please suggest me to take any legal action to get back my money. These people are playing tricks with their customers. I beg you to help me for this.
