Hi, I purchased a Samsung Grand Quattro for RS 14, 000/- from the indiatimes shopping website www.shopping.indiatimes.com Order ID: [protected] and it was shipped to me on the 12th Nov 2013. On opening the mobile I realized the back cover of the phone damaged from which it looks like the phone is either damaged or refurbished. Hence I immediately raised a complian for replacement as below and called indiatimes. They informed me in 2 days someone will pickup the phone and give replacement. Only after 10 days on the 22nd Nov I receive a call that they need photo of the mobile to take this any further. Because of this delay and frustration now I have asked for a refund but when they take 10 days to reply on a complian I doubt these people will refund the money and if they do god knows how much time it will take for a refund. Is this acceptable that 1st of all after taking RS 14, 000/- from me they send a damaged phone and now are troubling me. This is pure cheating people and no one should do shopping from this website. This is the worst online shopping experience I have faced and would like to take these guys to consumer court and claim refund and damage.
