Indicash — amount debited but cash not received

Dear sir
I have tried withdraw rs 5000 on my nearest place atm on 08-oct-2018 at 4:32 pm. But i didn't received cash. Only received message from icici bank (Dear customer, your acct xx3661 has been debited with inr 5, 000.00 on 08-oct-18. Info: nfs*cash wdl*08. Avbl bal is inr 219.77. For dispute, call [protected].)
Please refund my amount rs 5000 as soon as possible.
