Indicash — regarding money not dispensed, while presence of your service engineer

I made a transaction in indicash atm after service engineer completed his hardware issue rectification but i faced same issue as before money not dispensed but i saw transaction successful on atm.
Then he turned atm to temporarily out of service mode.

My transaction details:
Fwd: rs 3000 withdrawn from a/c xx 2983 on 20/07/18 at twy atm tyys0834. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs 15808.61. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]

I complained in my sbi bank branch

Fwd: your complaint was registered on 22/07/2018 vide ticket no:[protected]. Pls quote the same for future enquires.

I received resolution from bank :
Your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as:atm bank has again confirmed this transaction as successful.

Bank manager told me to contact indicash care but there is no such services offered in indicash. I saw in website they redirect to complaint in bank only.

If transaction successful and money not tally in your system means that service engineer might taken that amount.
