[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Amount deducted but ticket not yet confirmed

I have book my ticket for 2 passengers for 23 rd May from Nagpur to Mumbai.
Through net banking sbi amount is deducted but ticket is not confirmed neither PnR is generated.Payment status showing as "payment initiated"
Very poor experience with indigo worst site.
I need confirmation or else give me refund afterall it's huge amount of 8262 rs.
