[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — arrogant and uncivilised behaviour of pilot mr. javed khan | |||
I Dr. Mittal have made a complaint on June 2 against Mr. Khan for his arrogant and uncivilized behavior on Airport T1 (at IndiGo Boarding pass counter) on May 30 around 8 am. The reply I received on June 7, from the IndiGo customer care is a predecided and planned one (which I think they are send to every complainant). It is not at all satisfactory. I think, I should file my to complaint to Consumer court or Ministry of civil aviation, please guide me. Regards, Was this information helpful? | |||
