Indigo Airlines — Arrogant staff behaviour and professionalism

I was traveling from Ranchi tp Pune on an Indigo flight on 14th March, 2017 along with my wife. The flight was delayed due to bad weather conditions & it landed in Pune after 22:30 hrs. After waiting at the baggage belt for over 15 min & watching it run empty, we were called out by the staff member as 'passengers from Ranchi'. Our baggage was offloaded at ranchi airport & was connected to a different flight which was supposed to land after half an hour. We had no prior information/ communication in this regard. However, upon asking the reasons for the delay, staff member Ms. Deepika had an outburst & was filled with rage. She responded by saying that we are free to complaint to the highest authorities but we wouldn't get any support from the airlines.
No provision or effort was made to deliver our luggage to our homes & we were forced to wait & fight our way through. It caused us great trouble and we reached home after midnight.
