The customer care rep name IINDU, was really rude at the airport. We, me and my Husband were traveling from Delhi to Ranchi on 23rd Jan 2016, when there was huge cause at the airport regarding the counter getting close and people not able to board their Flights, we were on time and wanted help, we asked Indu the customer rep for Indigo to help us with information on where to go as we were not able to clear security because of huge crowd at the airport, She instead of helping started to yell and said she cannot do anything, she was neither ready to help nor she cared when she was asked to take us to her manager. She was using abusive language and didn't even apologize, she really need training on how to talk to customers as she even lacked basic manners. Please look into the matter and ask your staff member to behave nicely or Indigo would loose its reputation and goodwill which got built over years.
