Please find the pictures of the bag which got badly damaged.
Already complained to ground staff who was not on duty at the belt and the number provided to me for registering my complaints: Mobile No. [protected]. Ground staffs were not available even for 2-3 hours I waited there to register the compliants.So no complaint receipt was provided to me.
The customer care at the said mobile no [protected] have already agreed to pay Rs 3000 but still not received the payment nor complaint no. Please find whatsapp snapshot with all communication.
