Indigo Airlines — Bag damaged twice but they took no action | |||||
My husband was travelling by indigo airline with a newly bought bag. When he landed at the airport and came out he noticed his bag was badly damaged. As he already exited the airport he could not bring it to the Indigo airlines notice. Few days later I was travelling from the same airline with another newly bought american touristor bag, it again came out damaged at the bag at bangalore airport. I complaint it to their relationship manager Faisal about this. He told me to drop a mail to customer.[protected]@goindigo.in along with bag's photo and ask for compensation. But after sending the mail, I received a mail saying they bear no liability to this wear and tear of bag. The bag is significantly torn from back side and they consider it normal wear and tear.
