6E 243 LKO TO DEL PNR No. ZV7TSH Gave brand new American Tourister at Lucknow checkin counter and found in Delhi that the handle of the luggage broken and missing. Extremeely disappointed by your staff's handling. Please look into the matter and resolve to my satisfaction.
